2. What Data Do We Collect?

We collect only data strictly necessary to respond to your requests and provide legal services: • Directly provided data: Name, surname, email address, phone number, and details of the legal situation you send us via contact form or email. • Technical data: IP address (anonymized), browser type, and browsing data (via Plausible Analytics), which do not identify you personally.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes: • Communication: To respond to consultancy requests (Basis: Steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract). • Service Provision: For drafting documents, court representation, and consultancy (Basis: Performance of the legal assistance contract). • Legal Obligations: Invoicing, archiving, prevention of money laundering (Basis: Legal obligation). • Professional Secrecy: All information communicated to the lawyer is protected by professional secrecy, according to Law no. 51/1995.

4. How Long Do We Keep Data?

• Data from contact forms that do not result in a contract are deleted or anonymized within 12 months. • Client files and legal documents are kept according to legal archiving terms applicable to the legal profession (usually 5 or 10 years after file closure).

5. Who Do We Share Data With?

We do not sell or alienate your data. They can be transmitted only to: • Courts, prosecutor's offices, police (within legal representation). • IT and accounting service providers (processors), under strict confidentiality obligations.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you benefit from the following rights: • Right of access and information. • Right to rectification of inaccurate data. • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), within legal limits (does not apply to active legal files or legally archived ones). • Right to restriction of processing and right to portability.
